Westpark and power plants tour
In addition to the Westpark, which was redeveloped and reopened in 1999 as part of the IBA Emscher Park exhibition, this tour also takes a closer look at the power generation facilities. This group of buildings comprises a turbine hall,
pump station and blasting hall, which all helped generate energy and enabled the Bochumer Verein to operate entirely without the need for outside energy supplies.
